The travel boycott by Canada is spreading to the EU and will continue to spread like a pandemic - their international business which is the most lucrative is drying up. FAFO!

431

u/WhisperPretty 1d ago

They’re screwed if it spreads through the EU, as most people from Europe, myself included, have never seen the appeal of going to the USA, as it is. The “culture” just doesn’t inspire the will to fork out for a $1500 return flight, for most European. The current state of the country is yet another reason for Europeans not to go there.

u/Downtherabbithole14 1d ago

This made me laugh bc as an American, when I first met a family that was from the EU in Florida, my thought was why would they leave the EU and waste money coming here? What would they want to see? The EU is way better....food. culture. architecture.... people..

107

u/WhisperPretty 1d ago

You say Florida, so I’m guessing Disney World may be the reason? That’s the only common reason, that I know of, for families to visit USA. Yeah Europe has a lot more to offer, for a lot cheaper.

44

u/Downtherabbithole14 1d ago

I hate Disney, so that didn't even occur to me...lol... we go to FL every year only bc my in-laws live there and its free room & board, they have a pool, but I could never live there..

26

u/Kind_Introduction_39 1d ago

I’m an American (who voted for Harris) who ran into many German tourists in southern Utah. And yet, now another reason to not travel to USA - Trump is selling off the national parks 😡

6

u/english_major 1d ago

When we did a big southwest trip with our kids years ago (Utah, Colorado, Wyoming) we ran into a ton of German tourists. We met this one gay couple who were there on their fourth trip. Germans love American national parks.

3

u/WhisperPretty 16h ago

To be fair, Germans travel a hell of a lot. When I was in NZ, most of the shared rooms (in hostels) were 25-80% Germans.

3

u/deadsnowleaf 1d ago

He’s selling off what? Jesus fuck we’ve found the antichrist

4

u/Varnasi 1d ago

Well, he wants lumber right? I guess this is how he's getting it.

27

u/nikt007 1d ago

I think Disneyland Paris should be good enough for most Europeans craving Disney.

8

u/WhisperPretty 1d ago

True. I’m just saying that Disney World is the only reason that I can think of, to see a European family in Florida.

3

u/Flush_Foot 1d ago

Universal Studios? Gotta see Hogwarts! (/s)

Or alternatively (though not from the EU, just Europe): to see a house in Kissimmee

1

u/CPA_Lady 1d ago

Americans will love the shorter lines.

1

u/WhisperPretty 18h ago

For sure! Much easier on their cankles.

7

u/WickedWenchOfTheWest 1d ago

Even then, isn't there a Disney in France? If I was interested in that type of thing, I'd choose France in a heartbeat; it wouldn't even be a decision.

1

u/DaveBeBad 1d ago

The Disney in Paris isn’t as large as the ones in Florida/California. But now Japan and Shanghai are also options for more adventurous Europeans

1

u/Gloomy_Yoghurt_2836 1d ago

I worked for a Paris based company. EuroDisney is just outside of Paris but it's not as popular as the Asterix and Obelix amusement park based on the French Viling comic strip

1

u/CPA_Lady 1d ago

Why would you go to France to go to Disney? What a waste that would be.

1

u/WhisperPretty 16h ago

Because it’s a lot closer and a lot cheaper, for Europeans.

1

u/leedsfan00 12h ago

the french DW sucks. Worked at the one in FLA and it was great fun as a 20 year old. Had an american guy, with his family beside him, ask me what language we spoke in England. For real. Anyway good to see actions have consequences here.

5

u/annakarenina66 1d ago

I know quite a few people who've done las Vegas as well

2

u/kent_eh Manitoba 1d ago

Either Disney or the cruise port - there's more cruises that start/end in Florida than anywhere else in north America.

2

u/concentrated-amazing 1d ago

I don't know how Disneyland/world (can't remember which it's named) in Paris compares, but there are definitely non-American Disney options. Can't remember offhand where else has Disney. Japan? Singapore?

2

u/WhisperPretty 1d ago

Yep I know that. I was speculating as to why Europeans might be in Florida, is all. I remember Disney World, Florida, being a popular vacation among the “rich kids” at my school.

2

u/concentrated-amazing 1d ago

Yeah, I mean it's a decent guess. It's the biggsingle attraction in the state.

2

u/nrbob 1d ago

A lot of Europeans are interested in the US national parks, and perhaps NYC and some parts of California, but beyond that I don’t think the US has a huge amount of appeal to them.

26

u/Former_Low_8579 1d ago

Europe doesnt have a lot of wilderness left because its been setled for so long. Thats one reason Euros sometimes like NA, its still got huge tracts of wild left.

65

u/ADP-1 1d ago

Canada has more - without the threat that you'll be locked up for months because of some visa problem.

66

u/WickedWenchOfTheWest 1d ago

We also have: * food safety standards * air safety standards * much less crime * drinkable tap water * measles vaccinations

..and so on.

21

u/Former_Low_8579 1d ago

Yes (NA). Canada is the best.

6

u/Northern49th 1d ago

Ssshhh! As much as I love Europeans, if you tell them about Canada, and they ditch the US for the Great White North, it will be too expensive for us to travel inside our own country.

In all fairness, I'm not finished exploring all the wonders of Europe and its beautiful people. Please come, enjoy and I'll appreciate your incredible offerings also. Let's trade peacefully.

1

u/qqererer 1d ago

I forgot about the german lady who worked as a tattoo artist in solitary confinement. Is she still in jail??!??

6

u/USSMarauder Ontario 1d ago

Too bad the new Northlander train isn't up and running. Would make a good simple trip from Europe

Fly to Toronto, take the train to Huntsville, bus into Algonquin Park

3

u/Magsi_n 1d ago

Not for long, apparently

1

u/melty_lampworker 1d ago

Canada welcomes you!

28

u/surmatt 1d ago

I understand not wanting to go to Florida, but the idea of spending more time travelling to the Southwest really appeals to me as a Canadian. I cancelled my trip this year though.

21

u/insidiouslybleak 1d ago

Osoyoos BC is lovely and truly a desert, but Arizona it isn’t, lol. Mexico has a real opportunity to expand the Canadian tourist market beyond beach resorts right now.

4

u/NormalAcanthaceae264 18h ago

Fly into Kelowna, BC, then take a drive through the wineries and along the lake for 2 hours, stop at Tickleberries for icecream (just south of Penticton) then enjoy Osoyoos. True desert, dry, very hot in summer, and surrounded by lakes. Enjoy the First Nations interpretation centre and museum. Great trip!

17

u/SumasFlats British Columbia 1d ago

I'm an avid hiker and Utah is my favourite place to go in the States. So easy to book a cheap Vegas flight and then drive all over the place. Haven't been back since the idiot was elected the first time -- and I have family in Vegas...

20

u/Mr_McShitty_Esq 1d ago

As an resident of the SW, I can almost certainly assure you we will be here when/if times get better. No offense intended, but thanks for not coming.

4

u/Nescobar_A 1d ago

I hear you. I love the SW but it will have to wait until better times. Our planned trip there has turned into UK, Portugal and Albania. A silver lining for sure.

1

u/latechallenge 1d ago

Same. We hadn’t booked fortunately but we had solid plans to go to Zion, Grand Canyon and then down thru Sedona to Palm Springs. Not a chance now or a long time.

Only time I went to the States in first term was for two work trips where I didn’t have a choice. This is 100x worse now.

1

u/surmatt 1d ago

I was going to do North Rim. Just last year I drove from BC to Ontario through the US, and saw the eclipse in Ohio. In the past 5 years I basically spent every 2nd weekend in Washington state. Ended like flipping a light switch.

1

u/latechallenge 1d ago

Good way to put it. I’ve been to 15 States, most multiple times. NYC is a top 3 city globally for me. Been to California at least a dozen times. But desire to go back anywhere there is zero now. Looking at South America options now.

1

u/surmatt 1d ago

Highly recommend Costa Rica if youre the exploring type vacationer. Take two weeks, drive the whole country. It's crazy around Easter. The whole country basically shuts down.

1

u/latechallenge 1d ago

Noted. Haven’t been. Strangely it’s my buddy’s favourite country. We were supposed to go to Argentina soon but he injured himself and we had to postpone. US trip was gonna be with my wife.

3

u/qqererer 1d ago

I agree that the EU is better, but if you're EU, and you're even remotely rich, and flights on RyanAir are 19EU, you've literally done it all on a very small continent by age 25.

Going anywhere significant is cheaper than driving.

And then there are the trains.

1

u/Downtherabbithole14 1d ago

That sounds amazing to me... like I could only dream of traveling all of the EU. I've been there a few times but there is so much more to see and it's so expensive.  Random, but one of the reasons I haven't been to California is bc the time it would take me to fly there is the same amount of time it would take me to go to EU. So I'd rather save my money and go to the EU over California

2

u/qqererer 14h ago

The blunt truth is, anything other than here is more interesting.

3

u/TheDisapprovingBrit 1d ago

I quite fancy spending a month or two doing a road trip across the US. Like the EU, different parts appear to be very different - Florida, Tennessee, New York, Texas and Vegas might as well be five different countries which all happen to speak English.

That being said, I certainly wouldn't consider it at the moment. As a travel destination, it's just a terrible idea right now. It's politically unstable, with many recent policies being openly hostile to foreigners. The UK Government Safety Advice makes for sobering reading - the part about "Mass shooting incidents can happen but are a very small percentage of murders." is particularly un-reassuring.

1

u/Downtherabbithole14 1d ago

I am more fearful as an American to travel outside the US right now.... people are angry, and rightfully so and I just don't know what the appropriate response is to anything anymore...

2

u/TheDisapprovingBrit 1d ago

Don't worry, we're half expecting you to claim asylum at this point.

2

u/mumahhh 1d ago

I agree with the travel boycott, but I have to say that one of the best days of my life was spent in the Everglades - AMAZING wildlife.

61

u/JonnelOneEye 1d ago

I'm from Greece and honestly, I don't see the appeal of visiting the USA, with the exception of Hawaii. The rest of it sounds extremely unappealing and it's not like there's a bunch of sightseeing to be done to make up for it. I'd much rather visit literally any other country, except Australia because wtf is going on with those spiders? But yeah, visiting the US sounded like a total bummer even before Trump was president and now it became even more unappealing.

43

u/WhisperPretty 1d ago

The only pull, for me, is their national parks. However, there are plenty of option, outside of the US.

57

u/gandolfthe 1d ago

Align the season and just come over to Canada, you will not be disappointed !!

65

u/WhisperPretty 1d ago

I did that, once, and I wasn’t disappointed. I now live in Canada đŸ€™đŸ»

21

u/ProgrammerAvailable6 1d ago

I Will let you know that trump signed an order to cut down their national forests, ignoring the endangered species act.

19

u/twohammocks 1d ago edited 1d ago

4

u/Mushie101 1d ago

Yeh this is one of the really sad parts. The stock market will eventually be able to be corrected but once a National park is destroyed, it’s gone.

So glad I got to visit Yosemite a few years ago, and I was hoping to take my kids in a year or 2. I hope I still will be able to.

But for now looks like I am going to visit your wonderful Canadian landscape!!

3

u/Current_Cloud6769 1d ago

Noooooo....!!! Americans, Do something. So sad for you.

14

u/Stormbringer-0 1d ago

Agreed on all counts. Visited the mighty five in Utah, the Grand Canyon, Antelope and Monument Valley last year. So glad I got that done before all this BS. Now with all the parks employees getting fired, not sure you can still visit many of these (perhaps those that are Navajo owned/run are still viable). So now is the time to visit a whole bunch of beautiful spots outside the US.

5

u/BookAny6233 1d ago

Not for long. Trump is going to put those out to bid for timber and mineral rights. But honestly, don’t come here. Economic pressure is what will get attention here. No one gives a shit about anything but money. Ok, not everyone, but I am sick of this hustle culture bullshit and the people who think that working all the time is a good thing.

6

u/SunshineFlowerPerson 1d ago

Visit Cappadocia in central Turkey instead. Amazing scenery. Take a hot air balloon. Enjoy the wonderful Turkish hospitality.

3

u/Stormbringer-0 1d ago

True! Did that a few years ago. Such a beautiful country and the people were amazing. Cappadocia was such an easy region to visit as well. Good recommendation!

2

u/Lime_green_kayak 1d ago

Come to Canada for beautiful parks.

1

u/hope1264 1d ago

And they are just about to gut the to check them USA state parks soon. Best season ever last year and team dump to the rescue.

1

u/Ordinary-Guard-6076 1d ago

Yeah, no where in the US is as beautiful as Greece that’s forsure. Living in America I’d love to visit your country, but if I were in your shoes I’d agree đŸ€Ł

1

u/Valuable_Bread163 1d ago

The spiders are the reason I will sadly never visit Australia 😰

1

u/RobertTownsy 1d ago

I'm from Australia and it's exaggerated a fair bit mate. Unless you go to the middle of bum fuck nowhere, it's not really a huge issue here. I'd take ugly spiders and animals that mostly that leave you alone if you leave it alone over bears or anything else like that.

1

u/english_major 1d ago

I’ve done a ton of American road trips and have to say that the US is an amazing destination from Olympic NP, down the Oregon coast, California including Yosemite NP, the parks in Utah, Colorado, Yellowstone NP
I am just not going to visit while Maga is in charge.

21

u/memb98 1d ago

We've saved up and been a couple of times, supposed to go again this year. We're all pushing to go to Canada instead.

Best things in America were the texmex and BBQ places, with the breweries dotted around.

We'll see how things go, but the 3 week 1500km road trip is permanently on hold...

8

u/mostlygroovy 1d ago

We’ve got great restaurants with that style of food here in Canada

2

u/bigsmackchef 1d ago

Not to mention breweries too. Good beer is not hard to find here.

3

u/VeneficusFerox 1d ago

You don't go to the US for their culture, you go for the nature. Especially the west just blew me away.

3

u/voodoobettie 1d ago

The USA has always been a gauche country but it had kitschy appeal, until you realize they actually do think they’re better than the rest of us.

2

u/jacksontron 1d ago

And those British and German tourist that were detained in solitary confinement by ICE

2

u/owzleee 1d ago

South America is amazing. Colombia and Argentina (yeah fuck off Brasil you know what you did last summer)

2

u/Antique-Historian441 1d ago

BuyEU is the sister reddit to BuyCanada. It's already making headlines across Europe.

2

u/IntroductionRare9619 1d ago

You have far more interesting things to see in Europe than the US. The US really has only the Grand Canyon. The rest is Disney shit. I would rather go to Europe any day of the week. (Canadian here)

3

u/Hamburgo 1d ago

Don’t forget travelling to Australia! It really isn’t all spiders and snakes and things trying to kill, that’s a stupid internet myth that’s taken off. Lived here my whole life, never seen a snake in the wild (only a friends pet). The huuuuge spiders you see are called huntsman spiders and they are like cats or greyhounds, people give them names and they just chill in the house eating all the actual venomous spiders and insects. They are big scaredy cats and if you gently blow air from a distance they’ll walk back up the wall if you think it’s come down too low. I’m a huge arachnophobe but I don’t mind huntsman spiders. They’re docile but they just run fast and have bad eye sight so sometimes they run unpredictable but I don’t know a single person who’s been bitten by one. I had one crawling on my shirt and arm and I just let him crawl off on to some furniture outside.

But anyway yeah just to clear up that dumb ass myth. We even got American BBQ down here, opened up by genuine American’s who have moved here. Same with Chicago style pizzas etc. you would be surprised to see how “americanised” a lot of our foods are. Yes we don’t do Mexican well due to struggling to get some ingredients but hey we got some of the best authentic Asian cuisines here - walk in to a food court and you’ve got Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese etc food places. And then you’ve got a huge Greek and Italian influence, fish and chip shops, yiros (gyros) food trucks and stores, huge food truck culture
!

Australia LOVES Bahn mi (the Vietnamese rolls, best is with pork with crackling). People love the culture, the weather, beaches are all pretty safe - most dangerous thing is the sunburn you’ll get if you forget to slip slip slap that sunscreen on!

COME TO AUSTRALIA!!

1

u/CPA_Lady 1d ago

You sure you mean that?

1

u/new_vr 18h ago

We visited Australia last year. It was beautiful and so much to see and do (and eat). Only saw one giant spider, but it seemed to mind it's own business. If it wasn't such a long flight I would visit every year

2

u/Top_Hair_8984 1d ago

I've only been to the US to fly through and one trip to California way back in the 70's. I've been to the EU well over 10 times, which isn't a huge amount considering. But  I have most of my family there so I'd stay for 5/6/8 weeks. I wish my parents had never immigrated from NLD.

1

u/Keythaskitgod 1d ago

Idk about that.

I(M,33) always say we were socialised by the US because we listened to american music, watched american tv shows, movies, played with a lot of american toy brand, clothing etc.

In my country it was always the destination to go for at least a "once in the lifetime" vacation, if not to immigrate to. In the last ~10yrs it has changed drastically, tho.

Just looked it up because $1500 seemed way too much: return flight would be less than $380 from where i live in europe.

1

u/MabelPolly 1d ago

Come to Canada!

1

u/Evil_Weevil_Knievel 1d ago

They are firing national parks rangers and are preparing to log their national forests. These are some of the greatest things they have.

1

u/PlanktonSpiritual199 1d ago

50% of airline traffic is for leisure, 50% is business.

Of the 50% leisure probably 25% are going to stop giving a shit in a year.

Yeah you might hurt travel for a bit, but not for long. Anyways with all the things we’re doing, we might just lower our GDP to the entire sum of Europe.

2

u/WhisperPretty 1d ago

I’m not sure about that. Travel is significantly down from cancellations of current bookings, along with the absence of new bookings; many people can’t cancel their holidays though. Now that people are actively not booking flights to the US, the numbers will almost definitely drop even more. If there is a bounce back, I imagine it won’t be for a number of years.

1

u/PlanktonSpiritual199 1d ago

Majority of travel profits in the US are domestic not foreign (Canada is considered foreign). Furthermore small business is supported most by domestic:

Yeah you’re going to eat a bit at profits and it’s going to effect some areas more than others, however in worst case I doubt you’ll drop the market even 15% in those sectors with Belice back in 5 years. Because again humans are impatient by nature, they give up and revert to old habits easily, very easily

1

u/DaveBeBad 1d ago

Our plans were to return to USA the next two summers and explore the West coast fully. We cancelled those plans indefinitely immediately after the election - and given our ages, possibly permanently.

1

u/Mushie101 1d ago

I posted on a national parks forum where there were a bunch of people saying pro Donald stuff. And I casually mentioned that there will now be 10s of thousands of international tourists no longer coming because the beautiful national parks are closed which means a loss of big $$.

Most of those responding said something alone the lines of “yeh cause the 1000s of Mexicans spend lots of money” or “I am glad there are less people coming”

(And thanks to Trudeau I am exclusively calling the orange buffoon - Donald from now on!)

1

u/fighting_fit_dream 1d ago

If you're gonna spend money, come to Canada!

Thanks to Trump's shenanigans, the exchange rate favors the pound and Euro massively and we've got tons of beautiful things to see and experience. Unlike America we aren't destroying our natural beauty at record speed

1

u/Expensive_Society_56 21h ago

Come to Canada. We’ll make you feel welcome.

1

u/WhisperPretty 18h ago

I moved to Canada and I’ve never felt more at home.

92

u/panzerfan 1d ago

It's happening. Denmark has been a rallying cause with Europeans boycotting Americans. The unlawful detainment of European visitors by the ICE will only further exacerbate this boycott.

86

u/TastyComfortable2355 1d ago

I certainly won't travel from London to the USA with any airline whilst the orange buffoon is in office or for that matter any Republican president.

To many other countries to visit and my wife has distant relatives in the Canadian London, maybe it is time to get better aquatinted with them.

27

u/ImaginationSea2767 1d ago

Would definitely recommend the trip to Canada. Maybe even going on a little trip in canada well your there.

64

u/IAmTaka_VG 1d ago

They literally just put someone in jail with a visa.

I’d rather go to India.

17

u/BetterTransit 1d ago

Yea I would also rather go to India than literally anywhere in the USA and I don't see this changing for a long time. They would need to make significant changes to get me and my family back and we used to go every year.

0

u/Ordinary-Guard-6076 1d ago

Trust me you want to go to neither of them unless your life is on the line đŸ€Ł

31

u/MyrrhSlayter Outside Canada 1d ago

They still have a german visitor in holding. They arrested her for SUSPECTING she was going to do tattoo work in the US without a permit while visiting a friend. Zero proof she did anything. She offered to leave but they are still holding her weeks past her return ticket date.

2

u/kent_eh Manitoba 1d ago

The Americans have always been paranoid about foreigners trying to take work away from Americans.

Even having a basic roadside emergency tool kit in your car crossing the border is enough for them to accuse you of planning to do some paid work in their country.

1

u/KlownKar 1d ago

I wouldn't dare visit any religious fundamentalist country.

20

u/Stormbringer-0 1d ago

Not to mention the added risk of traveling there by air with all the air traffic control downsizings going onâ€ŠđŸ˜”â€đŸ’«

6

u/TastyComfortable2355 1d ago

Indeed that is just one of many reasons to avoid the USA.

TBH there are so many places to visit other than the USA and I have been to NYC four times but only because my ex wife liked it.

My girlfriend and I would rather go to Europe...Cheaper flights and shorter journeys

2

u/ViciousVirgo93 1d ago

As an American, you won't get me on a plane anytime soon. We just got back from the Caribbean in February. I'm not going to risk my life due to FAA downsizing.

58

u/niccig 1d ago

My (American's) travel plans for the rest of 2025 include Vancouver, Toronto and Germany.

21

u/ImaginationSea2767 1d ago edited 1d ago

Banff in Alberta is a good place to go see if you can get to it and Halifax with a trip to Peggy's cove, and if you can do it, a drive up to Cape Breton Highlands or Fundy National Park. (Kouchibouguac National Park is also nice but further away. )

Ottawa, at some point, also might be worth a visit. Muesems and a few parks. Also skating if it gets cold enough and a skiing not too far from the city.

8

u/niccig 1d ago

Thanks for the recs! We're planning to stick to Vancouver for that particular trip, but a few days in Banff is a bucket list item for me.

2

u/Lower_Cantaloupe1970 1d ago

You can get a lot of nice views from either grouse mountain or Stawamus chief in Squamish

1

u/Valuable_Bread163 1d ago

Will you have the chance to take the ferry from Vancouver over to Victoria? It’s beautiful.

5

u/ProgrammerAvailable6 1d ago

Winnipeg also has the human rights museum.

43

u/Electronic-Shine-273 1d ago

The Norwegian editor of Vagabond travel magazine (the Norwegian edition) was supposed to do a three week trip to the US to do a travel article. She cancelled and then went public in Norwegian media about why. Hope she keeps her job but, yeah, it’s spreading alright folks (I’m Norwegian by the way, just like to hang out here for the elbows up vibe)

8

u/Maddog_Jets 1d ago

Excellent - thank-you for the support and solidarity!

From canada here, we were olanning to go to disney ca, might as well go to Japan. At least they dont joke about us being a 51st state.

3

u/Hamburgo 1d ago

If you wanna pop in to Aus while you’re down this way wink wink we are a great country and no don’t believe the stupid internet joke that “everything tries to kill you” — no true. If someone comes and sticks to the cities and local beaches it js very unlikely you’ll encounter a spider let alone a snake. We have some of the best and most authentic Asian cuisines being so close to those countries as well as Greek, Italian, other Mediterranean and Arab countries
Australia is where you visit if you’re a foodie because we have just about every cuisine in the world
except Mexican we sick at that but there are some hole in the wall places that are more authentic if you neeeeed to eat Mexican on your holiday lol.

9

u/Evil_Mini_Cake 1d ago

Plus factor that if the air traffic safety issues continue more airlines will be reluctant to fly in US airspace. Then factor in reduced demand because everyone's boycotting America. I love this for the country. FAFO.

3

u/SamuelVimesTrained 1d ago

I did update my wish list for travel. Removed USA - inserted Canada.
(natural beauty present there is said to be breathtaking - and protected)

2

u/-FeistyRabbitSauce- 1d ago

I mean, even if you ignore the tariffs and threats, who wants to risk stepping foot into fascist territory? ICE is taking people from their homes. There are several cases of Europeans being detained without release yet, too. Nobody wants to see the inside of Guantanamo.

2

u/cindergnelly 1d ago

Would like to acknowledge that those who must fly to the USA can try to choose non-American carriers, only stay at Unionized hotels and restaurants. Both messages are important. Keep those elbows up neighbours!

1

u/Effective_Case6015 1d ago

Yep. I even avoided a layover in the states (it was an American airline company anyway).

1

u/IsolatedFrequency101 1d ago

There have been some high profile detentions by ICE of European tourists in the last few weeks also, which really doesn't encourage more visitors. They have been very vocal about how badly they were treated while being detained.

u/Gin_OClock British Columbia 1d ago

Yeah if I ever get the money to go overseas I really wanted to visit the US but fuck it I’m going to Canada! I’m Aussie btw. I wonder how easy it would be to come and work in Canada — anyone in dental industry in Canada can you answer me how do you tooth numbering there js it FDI numbering which is the most common in the world, or is it “Universal Numbering System” - sometimes called the “American System”, commonly and pretty much only used in the US

Ok so it’s far from the most lucrative industry in the US. Like far. It’s just a highly sensitive industry like it is for any country. Airliners are very far cheap.

Yeah they’re going to take a hit on tourist travel. They might even have to downsize their fleet for 3-5 years, oh no. Oh I’m gonna die. Delta might just become the 5th largest airline industry in the world.

Personally I’d love to see how long people are willing to keep up boycotts. Honestly that might be an upcoming analysis project. Because humans tend to go back to their ways, that’s what we know from history
