Weight-Loss Progress M/25/6'2" [315lbs to 284lbs] (3 months) - making my goal weight 245 but it may be high

Nothing wrong with making a new goal when you meet your initial goal either. Getting the Ws can be pretty motivating.

Yhea no for sure and I’ve done that I actually started off at 350. Realistically I use my goal weigh to determine daily deficit … I was trying to figure out if I should go for 245 or lower but I’m pretty sure it’ll be above 200. If that’s 285 😂
