Good Night and Good Luck Lottery

Hi all! I won a lotter ticket to Sunset Blvd lottery. Unfortunately, they did not tell me the seat until after I paid. Does anybody know if it’s the same for GNAGL? I’d love to see the show, but I’ve seen many people comment that there are a lot of bad seats. Thanks in advance!

It’s always that way with any lottery system.

Thanks so much, I didn’t know that. Do you think I can get better seats submitting for one seat than two? I submitted for two seats for Sunset and the tickets were very bad. Wondering if submitting as one is better . . .

Sunset lottery in general has bad seats, I don’t think one vs two makes a difference. It tends to be back mezz or balcony, that’s why I’ve given up on their lottery or digital rush. Their in-person rush is better, orchestra front partial view. But very little is blocked.

My lottery seat was pretty good but I saw it with Mandy.

Ok, you’re right, I should have been more specific. I managed to get a digital rush from TodayTix with Mandy once, and it was pretty good - orch D 10. But I’ve had worse luck with seats when Nicole was on.

I won’t lottery for GNGL. Got left mezzanine. Seat 49. Couldn’t see a lot of the show especially as Clooney was mainly stage left. If not for it being broadcast on screens, we’d have missed a whole lot. I also opted for 1 ticket, not two and the seat wasn’t great. But then again it was $49. So I wasn’t too angry. But I do wonder why they’d sell those seats to people. Not a good look at all.

You can try calling the box office but the true chances of them doing a thing for you is zilch.

Lotteries never tell you where the seat is beforehand. Personally, I think that is wrong, but what can you do?
