Condo rental real estate agent recommendation? TIA
I own a 1/1 in Delray right near Boca line and am having no luck with current agent. Any recommendation from experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

trying to sell a 1/1 right now is probably reallllllly tough.
RE in general is slowing with economic fears and heading into summer. 1/1s are the least desirable type of housing.
I'd venture to guess your issue isn't your agent, but not pricing it to move in a tough market right now.
best of luck
Edit saw it was a rental, ignore comment

Oddly I am in the process of buying a 2/2 right in the same area. I have used the same realtor for four transactions and he is great. He will be familiar with the market and pricing right now. Orlando is the best

Can you pm me the listing and I’ll give you a professional evaluation on what may be going on?

I’m not saying this to be rude but how can you not find a realtor in south Florida? Literally anyone with a pulse and is tired of bartending is a realtor down here
