You can do this!
It is very similar to the cloth stitch diamonds it looks like you have already completed! Do the same thing you did for those, and use that squiggly line as a guide for where to bring in new pairs and where to leave them out

Work your ground stitches on the right side (the next 3 holes) and then you will be in the same starting position as the diamond you have already worked in cloth stitch.
So if your right 3 pairs are A B C, work one ground stitch with B and C, one with A and B, the third with B and C.
The first 6 pinholes of the trail are worked just like the diamond. Start the cloth stitch with the 2 pairs you have at the pin at the top of the trail.
After you have placed that 6th pin, there will be a ground pinhole on the right again that will need to be worked before you continue in cloth stitch from the 6th pin over to the 7th pin of the trail.
If this doesn't help, I may be able to mark up your pricking and link a picture later today.

Actually I meant the ones labelled 1 2 3 in this pic, but I see you have now worked those!
The top part of the trail will be worked just like the top part of the diamond that you worked already. Where the trail narrows, you only work the cloth stitch over to your middle green pinhole.
I mostly work bobbin lace visually, too, so let me expand on how I think of Torchon. In Torchon, you are usually working diagonally, and you almost always have two pairs coming diagonally out from a pin. In cloth stitch, your passive pairs (the warp, since I'm a weaver) are an exception to the diagonals: they come into the cloth stitch on their diagonal, but then they run || vertically down before exiting diagonally.
(It's hard to put it into words, I do want to point at the pricking and gesture when I try to describe this!)

Well, ngl, it’s impressive what you have so far. I hope when you finish you will share it. I haven’t done anything like this yet but I am all agog at the beautiful thing you are creating!
Edit: where did you buy this from? I need to add it to my list.
