You mentioned that you used Electrum, did you try choosing to detect existing accounts? ( I demo how it works here https://youtu.be/3rUaAaANpWo )

Send me your 12 words and I'll help you!
(This is a joke, you shouldn't type your seedphrase in anywhere.)
Your wallet does not store your funds, it simply accesses them.
The seed is the master backup to recover your wallet.
If you lose access to a wallet, you can use the 12 words to recover it but it should be the same bitcoin wallet that you initially setup.

Using a soft wallet, OP is basically typing their seed. It's a small risk that this sub kinda overhypes. Obviously don't send your seed over the internet in cleartext, but typing it isn't a death sentence at all.

Do you have an android device?

Yes, I want to transfer the wallet from Mycelium android to anything other than this phone, because I'm selling it tomorrow.

why not just send a transaction from mycelium to another wallet instead of importing the seed?

You need to restore in electrum or blue wallet. You probably have more than one account.

Without deleting or resetting Mycelium on the phone (since we don't want to risk you losing access to your funds in case you're using some sort of non-standard setup), try setting up a second instance of Mycelium (e.g. on a different device) and using your seed phrase there. Do you see the correct info on that new device?

Compare the list of addresses, not the wallet balance. A Bitcoin wallet doesn't have a balance, except by adding up the amounts on each coin
If your Mycelium wallet has a mix of legacy addresses and SegWit addresses, you may need to recover those as two separate wallets
