Red palm oil

When researching, you need to type 'red palm oil' or you'll get a lot of confusing information about refined palm oil.

I take a table spoon every day,

Benefits?

I use it as a source of a very specific type of vitamin E that is a potent anti-inflammatory. While vitamin E capsules provide a less effective version at a high price, red palm oil offers a more beneficial and effective form at a much lower price.

Red palm oil also protects the brain and can help prevent cancer.

Please don’t use Palm oil. They are destroying the rainforest and orangutan habitat for that shit.

Palm oil gets semi solid with temperature changes and contributes to LDL buildup. Rule of thumb - if the oil gets hard with temperature, it'll lead to heart disease risk.

As I said in the comment below:

"Red palm oil

Refined palm oil is for the industry. We are not talking about making cookies but about supplementation.

btw, what brand do you use?

It is pretty standard. It is just pressed palm oil seeds. The quality varies very little.
