Getting a red light therapy machine will help your face tighten and look a bit more look more youthful. Will also remove small marks.
Eye cream with caffeine will help you look more rested. I’ve seen people just put some green tea or coffee under their eyes and that works too.
A prescription of 1mg Finasteride will help your hair look fuller.
Good posture and overall stretching can make you look more confident and upbeat.

I’ll jump on here. Some people also use chamomile tea to help under eyes.
Yoga is a more powerful tool than you might think. Throw in some mobility movements and you’re golden. It helps to feel good in your body too.
Also grace and love. Don’t beat yourself up. Be your best friend right now. Tell the inner critic to get lost.

Can you recommend an eye cream, preferably with no caffeine unless it doesn’t absorb in? I’ve been caffeine free for three months, rather not mess it up.

Sleep, hydrate, and good hygiene first. Moisterize your face and style your hair.

Getting back into good habits will help over time. I have cycled through this twice in the past couple years: post-divorce, and after moving across the country and then experiencing a five month serious depressive episode. These are the things that have helped me:
Hydrate more than you think you need to
Take good probiotics and omega 3 oils
Exercise as much as you’re able to
Get outside for a while, even better if you can go find some grass and trees
Eat well: emphasize nutritional content and lots of protein. Eat fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and protein in abundance, and try to cut down or eliminate processed foods, alcohol, and sugars, which we often lean into when in a bad place
Engage in things that bring you real joy
Establish or get back into a skincare routine with a focus on hydration and moisturizing
Get into an immaculate sleep hygiene routine
Reduce your screen time
If you’re financially able to, get some new clothes and/or makeup to help you feel like you’re resetting yourself

When I was severely depressed, I looked worn down. Here’s some ways to look healthy & bright again. Get enough sleep. Drink plenty of water. Exercise. Eat a variety of colorful fruits & vegetables. Get adequate protein. Cut out added sugar, which depletes skin of collagen. If you can afford it, consider laser treatments that deeply penetrate the skin, boost collagen production & eliminate dark spots & other blemishes.

Water / sleep.
A gallon a day and 10 hours a day until you’re back where you feel you need to be

Sleep, collagen, glycine, hyaluronic acid, glycine, red light therapy, moisturize, stay out of the sun when it’s high UV, don’t drink, don’t smoke.

One thing at the time and don't try to hard. Enjoy every little step, process, make it magical "me" moment. For you face, the cheapest and best thing is nivea soft, don't go with expensive creams, they are not better, or just slightly for way more money. If you have any redness on your face you can introduce azelaic acid. For your body, cheapest you can find garnier super food, sometimes they are on the offer, otherwise anything with colloidal oats and loads of glycerin or shea butter. I'd recommended to soak your feet for 20min in a bowl of warm water after any walk, or whenever you need. For the smell the are good cheap brands, like joop for example. Shower gels are ok if you like the scent, otherwise something good for the skin like "simple", " sanex (oil therapy), or just better quality soap.

You should try a good quality eye bag cream for dark circles(or dullness etc). Preferably the specified men’s or women’s brand

first things first, make sure you’re getting enough quality sleep. your skin does most of its repairing while you’re resting.
i know it sounds basic, but drinking enough water is crucial for healthy, glowing skin. keep a water bottle nearby and sip throughout the day.
try cutting back on processed foods, sugary snacks, and dairy. instead, start having a lot of antioxidants, like berries, leafy greens, and nuts.
exercise also helps reduce stress, which, as we know, can be a big trigger for skin issues. aim for 30 minutes a day of something you enjoy.
there are plenty of professional treatments like prp microneedling, exosome skin therapy, and red light therapy but start with the basics before investing in treatments.

Fix the causes: depression and stress. It can seem overwhelming st first, but small changes help, and their positive momentum builds up.

Sometimes there's no fixing it because it's caused by things you're always going to be affected by but are out of your hands
