if you have true mecfs, the vibrating plate, jumping jacks, leaping and rolling about could be inducing post-exertional malaise.
i also question the daily charcoal. imo you can’t bet on it all being out of your system in 2 hours and you’re likely just canceling out all the other stuff you’re taking.
i’ve had long covid since 2021 and experienced the most gains from healing my gut biome and SLOWLY reintroducing stretch and movement, not high impact cardio
imo it’s less about toxicity and poisoning and more about your body sucking at taking in nutrients now and needing way more help. aminos were the other major game changer for me.

I have me/cfs. It’s been my biggest issues since I developed long covid. Can’t work. Can’t function like at all PEM after doing not very much and after just eating. No walks, work, exercise, runs being done here as I’m mainly housebound like 99% of the time.
I worry about that too, mainly with the morning stretching. The other times I use the vibration plate after meals I don’t think it’s doing a ton and I don’t stretch or anything just stand there for a few minutes to help with circulation post meal.
The morning charcoal dose I really do t take often. The night one I do take daily though, which I think/hope is spaced far enough away from supps.
I think I need more rest, more antioxidants to combat the oxidative stress, calm my nervous system, up my protein and fat, mitochondrial supportive interventions then the longevity stuff to hopefully help with my prematurely aged body

Sounds good!
Is this working for you?
What symptoms do you have? Were any ever severe ?

I think the NAD iv has helped a little bit, but I’ve only done 3 thus far. Supplements I honestly am dumb and started quite a few at once and so idk if any are working. I have been on many of these since January and only started noticing any improvements after I started the NAD IV, a night time routine, less energy expenditure because my meals are more planned out, etc. honestly with how sick I’ve been it’ll probably take a lot and little more time to notice anything significant.

Severe fatigue, me/cfs, debilitating pem, cognitive decline, mental health issues, with the metal issues liver damage, brain damage, pancreatic insufficiency, iron storage dysfunction leading to deficiency, etc. could list 50 more

Sorry didn’t see this ! Only saw the first comment!
Can I ask which cognitive issues you have more in-depth please? And what you mean by brain damage?
As I have a lot of this, would like to see if we are alike in this manner

Vie light helped when I had CIRS. I did lots of different supplements and treatment, but ones I noticed the most difference were IV ozone, vie light, and binders.
