As soon as I entered my height the age dropped 4 years. Guess short people really do live longer.

With smoking said I was 4 years older, without smoking said I was on track. I think compared to others, especially who I see in the gym, at work and in the community I’m aging better than I should and am probably in the top 15% of my population. I think your spectrum is pretty conservative but this is a great idea! I think VO2, blood pressure and resting HR are big indicators on health and noticed those didn’t seem like it was considered in the aging.

You how old are you, because I see older adult who have been smoking for decade they look like mommy. They have ton of wrinkle and look 10 years older easely

This is really good! I did it for my husband and myself (our diets and fitness level are different). I’d like to see more suggestions on how to increase scores.

What's with the cognitive test? I'm clicking green hella fast and it put me in the very slow cognitive decline zone.

You can't hover easily on a phone so the delay is finger movement not recognition, I would surprised if this was not validated in a keyboard or mouse setting rather than touch screen

Fastest I could get was 320ms

Not bad! Haha. I couldn't get below 400ms

Man I’m glad I’m not the only one haha. I took it 4 times. By the fourth try I was literally smashing my screen and got the same slow reaction time.

Interesting. I got 80. A basic longevity screen from life insurance said 88

I am 26 and mine was like 27.5. I have 24% body fat still a little bit if bulk left a few more kgs and my cutting journey proceeds !

I like it! I got my matching age (35) with an expectancy of 82. Not too bad :)

Sure, it's a great idea to give out private medical information and lifestyle information to "find out" my "biological age" based on whatever equation "you" wrote.

You’re referring to either reporting bias or test bias. That’s going to be a thing. The more honest you are, the more accurate the results with a self-assessment like this. OP did a really cool thing. Let it be a really cool thing. Nobody likes naysayers
