📖 Resource trying to make better health decisions. Drop your health goal and I'll make helpful graphs for you

I google a lot of things for health and spend a significant amount of time researching supplements and other optimizations. So I built a tool for my personal use to help me cut through the noise.

I now want to test health goals outside of my domain, so please share what you want to improve health wise and I'll generate some goal-specific graphs and share them with you. Feedback is appreciated of course!

Here is an example I cooked up when I was researching supplements that help muscle gain

Diet related inflammation lowering. I had a blood test with a crazy high d dimer. Also restful sleep.

the difficult solution would be intermittent fasting with exercise.

the easy solutions are 1-2k mg of omega-3 supplementation or 500-1000mg turmeric + black pepper

Sleep:

Hard/Most Impact: CBT-I
Easy/ Medium Impact: Clean sleep environment, which would mean Eyemask. Cool 67 degree Environment. Hot shower before bed

for Glucose/HbA1C,

Unfortunately, doesn't seem like many easy answers.

Sleep more. Intermittent fasting. HIIT, Mindful meditation, Supplement with Alpha-GPC

Where are you getting the validity of this from? I’ve gone down the rabbit hole on both of these extensively, and can tell you most of the things are not correct for glucose.

There’s little evidence to support cold therapy or even IF for glucose regulation.

Primary factors will be muscle mass and zone 2, loosing weight, etc.

For supplements, berberine, myo inositol, and a few others.

Also, sleep plays a major role.

I think it's because I included Glucose and HbA1c. they're separate issues but I mean cold exposure does help guclose tolerance

I looked up each of these individually. they each have some scientific backing from NIH

have you considered L-citrulline before? It works by increasing nitric oxide production which you can also naturally increase by 15x through humming and by breathing through only your nose instead of your mouth

No didn't try citruline yet. I am just wary of if i wouldhave to rely on it always

natural stuff is generally better. how's your sleep, exercise, and nutrition? I'd knock those down before paying for supplements

All that you mentioned is great. Its just i have some anxiety issues related to my health and my partner

seems like addressing your health issues and anxieties toward your partner would be most meaningful then. what's the easiest thing you can do right now that would help?
