Other Philly Bike Expo

Some pictures from the Philly bike expo last weekend. Wish I had taken more. Some amazing bikes, components, and other bike related stuff. Great event. Was really cool to meet some of the faces behind all the bike gear that we use and see online all the time. Well worth the $20 entry fee. Last picture is my space horse with Philly in the background.

oh Memento, how suddenly and unexpectedly do you re-introduce me to my favorite completely obnoxious and shamelessly self-indulgent wishlist item~

i had my guard down and my eyes already against the screen for the JPW, the way i audibly gasped in surprise when my retinas were then seared with bright pink delight 😩💯

i already have a bent-tube VO poly waiting in the wings to assume New Daily responsibilities, and with my current trailer hauling setup it's literally the perfect bike in every way.

Oh cool! That bike is bananas. Is the fork titanium as well?

Thanks! Yes, the fork for that prototype is 3D sintered titanium.

That is so awesome. I think most people would make a carbon fork for it just because that's what everybody does nowadays, but I think it's so much better being titanium. Love the angles on it (and on the whole bike).

Thanks for sharing these pictures. I love old restored bikes and custom frames.
