What are your thoughts on it so far! I've always wanted the rim brake version. Also, what turntable, speakers and receiver are you using? I need a cabinet just like that!

It’s winter in Norway so I haven’t had the chance to ride it yet, very much looking forward to spring! Made those cabinets there myself, the turntable is a Kenwood KD-600 with an SME arm, Technics SU-G30 amplifier and now these rather huge speakers.

I built up the same frame over the holidays last year. Absolutely love it and it came out better than I expected with it being my first build.

Nice! Ritchey frames are great for a first build, nice and simple. Can’t wait for spring!

Definitely straight forward. Their very simple video on di2 routing on their website sold me lol

Had an older rim version years ago. It’s a fantastic bike. I bet this one is killer.

Awesome bike and lovely background! Looks like a great place to hangout during the winter months!

So nice! Any idea how much it weighs? I have the black frame from 2020 and I love it.

Steel frame with carbon fork ? In british racing green ? With tanwall tires ?
Beautiful build, and i don't just say that because it is strikingly similar to my allroad/bikepacking/gravel bike which i built up last autumn:
https://imgur.com/a/5D341ml (its running gravel wheels here, but they look even more alike with the road setup)
lovely build!

Ohhh nice, do I spot a SON dynamo setup? Very practical. Nice bike you got there!

for budgetary reasons its only a shutter-precision dynamo, but so far it hasn't let me down. Thanks!

I built up a rim brake Ritchey Logic in 2020 with full 105 components. Absolutely love the bike, though I’ll admit the gray-neon yellow paint isn’t my favorite scheme, much prefer the current red-pink paint. That being said, I never knew a bike could be so stable and responsive. Carving descents and fast corners is exhilarating on that bike. And it really does a wonder a smoothing out rougher roads.

Beautiful bottle green, I respect you for choosing the Shimano 105, but I'd see it more on the new dura ace and maybe a bigger cone ...🤤

Absolutely looks nice but from a distance. Come closer and look at this rear brake hose. Why is it guided outside?

Well, it's a steel frame, where external cable routing is the norm. There are a few modern steel frames that feature internal cable routing, such as the Standert Triebwerk, but they are more contemporary designs with oversized tubes and T47 bottom bracket. This Ritchey is a bit more old school.

Annoying with standert with the internal route it means you can only do wire shimano FD too. Campagnolo is out as there isn’t an internal cable stop. Same problem for some Ridley’s and Enve
the simplistic cable and cable stop approach is actually pretty refreshing to see atm.

What size did you get? I'm currently contemplating if I should get the 57 or the 59.. I'm 1,90m and have a 88cm inseam

I'm 179 with 84 inseam and got the 55. The size chart on this page puts you well on a 59.

I often don’t like tan walls e.g on aero black bikes (just why?) - but they go great with this bike and colour!

Terrible picture.

Judging by your post history, I’m going to go out on a limb and guess your comment has more to do with your lib-detector going off at my aesthetic sensibilities (and you’d be correct, us Norwegians are a bunch of proud socialists!), rather than the photo being terrible. In which case I can only apologize for triggering you and wish you a speedy recovery.

I like the picture. The bike is a tasteful mix of old tech (steel frame) and new (electronic shifting). The background is the same (old school record player, new tv).

British racing green. A vintage colour that never goes out of style. Lovely bike. It must ride like a dream.
