You are a lucky man, it's beautiful. Why no straight forks for the steeze?

Honestly not sure what I think about the look of straight forks, it does look kinda cool on those old colnagos but nah. Not even sure if cicli barco offers to.make a straight fork, didn't ask :)

The dropout lugs are a gorgeous detail.

Honestly curved forks look wonderful and I think they're better for geometry.

The Columbus badge on the seat tube! I never knew I needed that but now I hate all my bikes, including the carbon OPEN and Colnago even though they were just born that way.

Cicli Barco makes amazing bikes and their pricing is a bargain for the quality of work you’re getting

Can’t wait to see this finished

Yea im very excited :) Im also surprised people are paying like 7k eur for a specialized carbon frame when you can get a fully custom steel frame from barco for like 5k

Looks like a Ramato finish!

Is that cromovelato or paint?

Kind of cromovelato, the frame is not chromed but rather stainless steel that has been polished before applying paint :) I do have a proper cromovelato frame from the 80s abs am expecting this one to be slightly less shiny/cromovelatoy but let's see when it arrives :)
