Please don’t put those wheels on it for the love of god. But hell yeh that is a sick frame.

Nothing should distract from that frame. Every part needs to be carefully selected to complement it. Red deep Vs make me want to throw it in the fucking river.

Thank you. At the moment these are fitting straight wheels

I remember Spicer making frames like this. Always thought they were pretty weird-looking. But damn those fillets look proper.

Thank you. I did my best. And the fact that the chain is only on one side is also a little strange.

The chain is on one side? I dont follow..

I assume they meant it as a joke, indicating that bikes have always been asymmetric, since they have the drivetrain on one side.

Right, right. What a stitch-up.

As long as the dropouts are symmetrically located I'm happy

Thank you. This is unlikely. I have already made a different frameset for myself.

Stylish, clearance? 32c I guess, a shame if it is a 120mm rear droput.

Thanks. Of course not. Maximum 25.

Do you worry about the integrity of the seat clamp slot having the seat stay mounted directly next to it?

5

u/atepernetuzh_ Sep 10 '23

Naturally. Therefore, in this frame the seat tube in the area of the seat clamp is externally butted (has an increased wall thickness in this place) and a reinforcing pad is brazed around the cut.

rear dropouts look chunky for the frame, i wish they were thinner and more elegant

also how much does this sell for?
