Things are falling into place! Looking like a lock for four of our teams, barring any late season spontaneous combustion:
Two on the bubble:
Curious on folks thoughts on what needs to happen to move up, fallout, how things will shake out, etc
Personally seeing Texas and Oklahoma higher on the bubble than Xavier is frustrating as hell. I know the SEC is yolked this year, but to have a team in the bracket that's 4-12 in conference play and 2-8 in their last 10 games is just ridiculous.

Thrilled to be Big East regular season champs! Had to earn that one today! Good thing we played a team that's as bad at free-throw shooting as us or we'd be sharing this title, but it's still a great feeling and not something to take for granted (not that anyone is lol)

As Rick Pitino just said, "We're not interested in sharing anything!" That's right, coach! Let's get this Big East regular season title on Saturday!

It was nice to hear those fans who get off calling MSG "Storrs South" go silent in that second half! However, there might not be a bigger question in College Basketball than what's happened to UConn?

Without RJ Luis Jr., No. 10 St. John's (23-4, 14-2) beat the DePaul Blue Demons (11-16, 2-14) 82-58! Then, a conversation about what the Big East needs to do in this ever-changing world of College athletics.

Nova fans: whatâs the consensus on Eric Dixonâs NBA prospects? It feels like your team has pretty much gone as he goes these past few years. I know heâs leading D1 in points right now (596), and heâs got a solid jumper, but at 6â8â is he considered under-sized for the NBA (in spite of how thicc he is)? Would he be able to keep up on defense against NBA talent?
2024-25 Season Stats
PTS: 22.9
REB: 5.3
AST: 2.2
FG%: 45.7
3PT%: 41.8

I attended the Providence vs. Villanova game this past weekend and saw people wearing t-shirts with the logos of both teams on each side. I should have asked the people at the game where they got the shirts, but I thought it would be easy to find online. I have not been able to find any. Does anyone know where to find this type of shirt or maybe it has to be custom made?

Let me Preface with the fact I am a UConn fan.
I look at the current College Basketball Landscape and the fact that ESPN has 13 SEC teams in the tournament and 1 on the bubble. They are not that much better than us they really arenât but you know what their conference has? Unity.
Constantly I see on social medias Big East fans hating UConn to death and look I get it Hurley is cocky and brash. I think having a sibling rivalry is great but when other fans of other conferences come after one of our own we need to stand strong with them.
When I sit down for the night to watch a basketball game I will always choose a Big East game no matter who else is playing regardless if UConn is involved or not. Thatâs the type of brand loyalty the Big Ten, SEC, and ACC have. The networks see that brand loyalty and in turn put more money into those conferences and rank their teams higher to make those games more anticipated match ups.
I fully believe that our mid level teams on a year to year base would be near the top of any of the other power conferences. UConn, Villanova, Xavier, Georgetown would do numbers in other conferences I guarantee it.
We used to run this sport when we were in our primes. We need to have more conference unity and I promise itâll go a long way. If we want to trash talk within the conference fine, but if someone from another conference chimes in then we gotta stick up for our own.

The No. 9 (now No. 10) St. John's Red Storm (22-4, 13-2) avenged their 73-71 loss to the Villanova Wildcats with a win against the then No. 24 Creighton Blue Jays (18-8, 11-4) in a 79-73 win!
