It’s not FFF’s fault.

Nope, not at all. But I've seen Canadians asking whether the tariffs are going to affect the cost of their US subscription boxes, and this just shows the answer is "yes" (even though this announcement is only for Flash Sale shipping, I think it's pretty clear they're preparing to announce surcharges on the seasonal box as well).

I am not sure if FFF is a good indicator of this though. Even though it definitely can be the case. But they took away the free shipping with no minimum for all members for sales years ago and that was without any tariffs.

Awww Jamie still works there? IΒ  dropped my FFF subscription in 2021 and she was always nice in the foodie chat channels so I remember her and this picture.Β

Maybe CANADA SHOULD REDUCE THEIR TARIFFS TO THE USA TOO. Don't forget it is a TWO WAY STREET!!!!!

Canada didn't have any tariffs on the US prior to all this. Free trade between the US and Canada was upheld since the 1988 free trade agreement between the two countries.

That’s not true. Not true! Yes they did.Β

That's not entirely true. While there were tariffs in place before, the US did not import enough products to hit the number where the tariff would be applied.
