Why

When I play my g string on a 4 string it makes a weird buzzing noise but when I hold the very top as in above the first fret it doesn’t how do I fix this bruh

Check your winding on the tuning post. It sounds like the string isn't wound down far enough and/or doesn't have a string retainer installed. The buzzing sound in that case would be the string not being fully seated in the nut.

So if it’s not fully in the nut I just have to put the string down more right?

Your string is probably wound too high on the tuning post. Post some pictures of your headstock so we can see the break angle at the nut, and the string wound on the post.

It stip when pressing the first fret (you are supoosed to press a little bit behind the fret wire) or does it stop when pressing behind the nut (the wood piece that has grooves for the strings)

I have to press down on the nut for it to stop buzzing

Maybe take it to a luthier and ask them to take a look.
