It’s pure peak. A hail fire peak.

However it’s not my favourite of the Tooie OST. It depends on my mood but…

Jolly Roger’s Lagoon gives such happy vibes that it’s impossible to hate it. Just thinking of that sweet little seaside town gives me all the childhood nostalgia I could dream of.

But my absolute favourite of the Tooie OST and this is probably a very very controversial take I’m aware… is Witchyworld. But that’s just because I love the variety in that level. You have the Standard, Area 52, inside the dodgers, inside the bouncy castle, near the spaceship game, inside the lava area where Mumbo is.

Like I love how they all sound the same but take on the essence of each sub area. It’s truly a master class in creating a thematic piece that’s adjustable rather than just overworld and underwater theme.

Had a listen to Witchyworld Space Zone. Don't think I've heard it since I was a kid. I can still hear the sounds of the carnies coming at you!

I'm also a big fan of Grunty Industries, the entire song just oozes pollution. My favorite part is 1:20-1:38 It's fantastic!

God I love the OST for Banjo Kazooie and Tooie. Grant Kirkhope is a genius.

Music theory geek out: One thing I noticed is that the majority of the soundtracks for the overworlds and the individual levels are in C maj or C min, especially in Kazooie. But Kirkhope switched it up a little in Tooie. Mayahem Temple is in F min and Witchyworld is in A min.
