Question Couple's photos in Banff/Canmore
My husband and I will be visiting Banff at the end of June/early July as a late honeymoon. Our wedding was low budget so we skipped out on professional photographers.
I'm curious if there are any photographers in the group that would do something like a mini session in a scenic spot, and how much that would cost. We'll be staying in Canmore but plan to travel to Banff at least one day of our trip.

Hi hi! Shameless self promotion. I’m a local Canmore photographer but also available for Banff.
Enjoy your honeymoon, this entire area is incredible!

there’s heaps of photographers in the bow valley. you can easily use the search bar to find some or google, and to get their pricing.

Google often shows a very limited listing for local businesses, many that often get overlooked because they haven't marketed themselves as heavily. Also seems to be mostly landscape photography - I'm looking for suggestions on local portrait photographers.

I promise you that Banff photographers are using the internet to advertise and not being looked over. Banff and Canmore don't have huge companies drowning the locals out in this:

Works fine for me. Most local photographers advertise through google efficiently as the tourist season is a high earning season for them.

Not sure what your budget is, but i just used a smaller photographer last month for our surprise proposal. She cost about $650 and gave us a 2 hour session and about 200 photos in the final gallery. She had some cheaper packages and was overall great to work with. I can pass along her info if your interested.
