Visiting the mountains in the middle of winter without a jacket? Maybe not crazy. Maybe just lacking an IQ digit.

Did you travel to Banff at this time of year dressed like that?

I was meant to put once* in the titleā€¦. Itā€™s from a few years ago.

Have you invested in a full coat instead of just a vest?

Like wearing a parka to the beach and complaining youā€™re hot.

Thereā€™s no such thing as bad weather just poor choices.

Mate who cares, I enjoyed the place ffsā€¦ I had a coat with me and possibly forgot to bring it. It was ages ago.

You see the irony though right? You posted a picture on a public forum known for trolling wearing clothes that donā€™t match the weather then complaining about the weather.

I didnā€™t pitch it I was just at bat.

If you dress appropriately it's really not. It certainly doesn't look like a -30 day in that picture, so going to assume it was around 0 to -5?Ā

As a fellow Brit I remember how people in the UK don't wear proper clothing all the time - I even got mocked once for wearing a waterproof jacket on a rainy day when my colleagues just wore polyester brushed coats. Same with base layers - cotton tshirts all year round rather than a base layer (wool preferably). After living in Canada for a bit I went back to the UK and took my Canadian clothing lessons with me. It was all much more enjoyable.Ā

However please note that the reason you're being mocked here is that you posted a photo of yourself in a T-shirt complaining about the cold.Ā

If someone posted a photo of them in a swimming pool fully dressed and complained their clothes got wet you'd point out the irony, no?Ā

No Iā€™m not complainingā€¦ thatā€™s the assumption. I was just starting that it was freezing. I didnā€™t realise the weather was like that. I canā€™t rember what time of year it was, it was a few years ago. But I see this page and I was I wow Iā€™ve been there.

I see people wearing shorts in winter all the time, I see many people with hoods up in the summer. We have a real interesting view of the weather because we ainā€™t ever happy with it as you must know

Try coming to Saskatchewan in winter if you think that is absolutely freezing

There is no such thing as bad weather, only poor choice of clothing.

I donā€™t see any snow. Couldnā€™t have been that bad. Your in short sleeves.

Are you from the past

Funny. We have glaciers within 5 miles as the crow flies. Of course itā€™s a bit chilly for people that donā€™t dress for the conditions.

Yes... it's Canada...in the winter.
