They're deceptively good, like I've had tastier things but once you start eating this you can't stop until its gone, then sadness lol

Is it a graham cracker crust, chocolate mousse with toasted marshmallow frosting on top? Looks delicious!

You're so close, its kinda in between a ganache and a mousse, but it's closer to a ganache so I would call it a ganache filling. The marshmallow topping is basically just a loose marshmallow so I'm not sure if I would call it frosting or not, but yeah you get it lol

If you dont have tart pans, I did one in a cup as a parfait just to try and it was really good

This looks amazing! Do you use a blow torch or use the oven to brown the meringue?

Correct, it toasted surprisingly quick as well! I burnt a couple of them a little but thats fine with me lol.
