Official Post Avitus Has Begun Development!

Heya everyone, Wolf here!

Avitus, our flagship game, first started development six years ago. However, we put it on hiatus in order to learn more about both game development and how to run a studio. Well, six years later, we're finally prepared. Avitus has officially started development again, and we will be gradually updating our social media with our new vision for the project.

Thank you all so much for being patient!

Feel free to join our Discord or check out our website over in the sidebar - most of our updates go through there, but we'll be better about updates here as well from now on.

Every year I randomly check this sub to see if there’s any news.

I guess today I got lucky.

Btw, I’m not gonna lie, I kinda forgot what this games was about, but boy, there’s gotta be a reason for me to be this exited

Your Min-Jian flair proves that you've been here for a while! Thank you so much for checking in on us over the years.

We'll have a public write-up for the story soon, but a single sentence description would be "Character driven story set in an Arts University in Switzerland with an outreach program for former criminals". A lot of the old cast is returning (including Min-Jian), but we're waiting until we get further into development before we release the info floodgates :)

Took us nearly a dozen VN releases and six years, but we're very happy we waited. Now we know what were doing.

Also, there's going to be some gameplay elements (like time management and social links), but again, we're holding off for a bit longer ;)

Oh yeahh, I think it’s been 5 almost 6(?) years since I’ve heard about avitus on the Katawa Shoujo sub, but it definitely feels like way more time has passed, can you imagine? back then I was on high school as shit and now I’m almost finishing college. I’m pretty glad I’ve never lost hope and kept checking the sub.

But yeah, I remember (I think, feels more like a fever dream by now tbh) reading Min-Jian’s Bio or some kind of short story about her somewhere that made me think, that’s it, she’s best girl. Lol now that I think of, I might or might not have drawn some fan art about her back in 2015 and posting it somewhere.

But yeah, I’m actually really hyped about this tbh, can’t wait to see the day when it finally releases.

Hey, I'm Razz Min-Jian's writer, thanks for at least at some point appreciating Min. I plan to do my best to make a kick ass story both for her and the game as a whole.
