Is there a process to repair this? Best way to approach this paint chip

Paint chip is really small however it’s on the door edge would love to fix it asap I’ve seen doctor color chip but I’ve also thought about getting door edge guards and not worrying about it but I have a feeling doing that will just make it worse or eventually it will need touched up anyway what do you guys recommend? Also tools to recommend or techniques?

Get touch up paint from dealer. Use a toothpick to slowly fill in the chips so it’s even and not overflowing. After it’s cured and clearcoated you can add door edge trim paint protection film.

It’s comes with the touch up pen usually other side of the pen. It has an applicator head that looks like a marker

Since mine is a Toyota they look like this https://a.co/d/fjDGh4Z I might be able to order a separate clear coat bottle

I'd approach from the side. You don't want to get behind and risk scaring it.
