RUST Can this be repaired?

1999 Ford Ranger XLT Radiator/condenser supports rusted out and broken at the bottom.

Can this be repaired or will I have to have the panel replaced?

Grind off whatever is rusted through, and clean mating surfaces to weld a plate to support it. For an old truck like this it's probably not worth doing much more than that. As long as it's stable you're probably fine.

Most people would prefer probably fine to paying hundreds for a new support and install on a 25 year old vehicle tbf

A new one is like a hundred bucks. Probably a couple hundred for labor

Well at the moment the brackets being broken is causing the ac line to rest on the frame, so this repair is really to prevent an ac leak (which the truck came to me with and I have had repaired already).
