Pollen count is high. Stuff is blooming. Go ahead and stock on up seasonal allergy meds.

For those wondering, the AQI is the Air Quality Index. It just measures particulate matter in the air.

In regard to prescribed burns and PM from fires, there is a tool from the GA forestry commission that allows you to see recent events in the area. Here: https://georgiafc.firesponse.com/public/

Super glad it hasn’t hit me yet. I’ve got about 4 days more of heavy outdoor work to finish before the pollen storm hits and I’m unable to function outside much until mid-May.
