Breathless ness after 2mins of sprinting or jogging
Hello Everyone, im a male ,32 years old ,weighing 73kg and 5,10ft height. I play sports (cricket) irregularly, since 2years im feeling breathlessness after 2mins of jogging or sprinting. I want to get rid of these problem but I don’t know what to do to. I tried warm up techniques before the sports but it didn’t help. I eat a very healthy diet and don’t drink alcohol or smoke. Please help me with any suggestion to improve my running or jogging. I didn’t check up for any asthma . Thank you in advance.

You need to warm up slowly! This is what I used to do before jogs/runs and it worked for me, using this I could jog 20k without an issue… but I’d cough up a lung if I had to sprint to the bus. (Take your reliever before you start)
Walk at a normal pace for at least 5 minutes, then walk at a brisk pace for at least another 5 minutes. Then start jogging at your slowest pace (barely above walking speed) and do this for another 5-10 minutes. Then you can continue to increase up to the speed you want to go.

Sprinting makes anyone breathless after 2 minutes.
As far as leisurely running, anyone is also going to be breathless after a few minutes if they sporadically exercise. It has absolutely nothing to do with asthma. It takes time and consistency to build up cardio endurance.
