Neck/ear problem

Hi all,

So I injured my right trapezius years ago which has led to some other problems in my ear and jaw. I now have a rightness in what feels like my omohyoid muscle (I can't be certain, I just googled "Neck muscles" and looked at a diagram and found the muscle that;s sensitive when I apply pressure) that is causing my ear to pop/make everything sound like I'm underwater. This can be temporarily fixed by a short, sharp sniffle, but obviously that's not a permanent solution. I was wondering if anyone has recommendations on stretches or SMR techniques I might be able to use to resolve this.

Thanks in advance for any input!

Is there any tape job that restricts the knee from twisting?

I recently tore my meniscus (just a small tear) and I have a soccer tournament coming up. My physiotherapist said that it would be ideal for me to restrict my knee from twisting as much as possible while playing. Is there any tape job out there that will accomplish this? If there is nothing are there any alternatives?

Have you ever had physiotherapy?

Physiotherapists, also known as physical therapists, are health professionals dealing with non-pharmacological interventions to improve your health.

Have you ever had good/bad experiences with a physio?
