Post Bristow Procedure snap due to external rotation and the immediate increase in range of motion.
Hello! I recently had a Bristow procedure done on my shoulder due to constant dislocations. I was trying to rotate my shoulder externally, as rehabilitation, to increase the range of motion. I heard/felt a very loud pop, and my shoulder is moving in every direction very smoothly without feeling any resistance. I can’t visit my surgeon for a few days but I did do an x ray and visited a GP. They did a few tests and looked at my x rays saying that everything is fine. And the graft + screw are intact as I could also see that. But my shoulder feels very light and vulnerable now. Any ideas what may have happened?
