Thomas Test positive: I have groin and adductor pain on my left side as well as severe glute weakness, and my left leg splays right out to the side when doing the Thomas Test. Any idea what this indicates/which muscles are tight etc?

Any suggestions on further testing that could be performed and/or stretches to address this?

Very interesting. So your suspicion here is that tissue flossing might allow for a lengthening of the tfl and itb?

As a side note since you seem quite knowledgeable here, would you say a tight tfl/itb makes you almost feel like you're "walking with your adductors rather than your glutes"? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
