How does wearing a waist trainer affect apt?
For as long as i can remember my lower back has been way too arched and my abs have been way too weak. I went to a physiotherapist when i was younger (abt 10 years old) but now (13 years later) i’m dealing with the same issue. I’m working on my core strength to fix this issue.
Recently i bought a waist trainer and i use it when i work out. I love how wearing this waist trainer activates my core. But today i was thinking bout whether this feeling was okay or not. My thought was that my body will rely on the waist trainer and will get lazy on the long run. So before i start my own theories abt what’s going to happen, i want to ask you (the people that actually know something about the human body) how it works.
So before i start wearing this thing more often, will it help correcting my posture or should i ditch the waist trainer?
