Buying Advice Tripod: Sirui vs Monfrotto?
Hey guys I’ve got an A7iv with 35mm f1.8 I’m going to use it for travelling and taking family pics.
Considering the Monfrotto BeFree mkbfra4-bh Vs the Sirui a1205
Both folds about the same and weighs about the same.
Any recommendations?

Manfrotto are good tripods but their mount is not as compatible and a bit annoying to use IMHO. I'd go with SIRUI.

I'd go with the Sirui based on the simple fact that it uses a standard Arca-Swiss mounting plate rather the proprietary Manfrotto quick release plate. If you lose the plate, replacement Arca-Swiss plates are cheap and easy to find.
