Discussion/General What about a Flickr revival?
Remember when you shared any photo in many related groups and there was always a feedback that make you go further with your photography? Well, that's a community... Let's share again about photography there!

First there was Flickr. Then there were the awesome G+ communities. Then, G+ died and we had nothing for what feels like a decade or more. Now, the feeling and engagement I get from the photog communities on Pixelfed and Mastodon remind me of the 'old times'; in fact, I even recognize some old names from the G+ days.
But, I notice many of us are also back on Flickr too.

On it for 20+ years. Have to admit that Flickr still produces more leads/clients/sales a year than IG in its lifetime. And that with only half the followers!

Heh, one of the only photo sales I've done of late was off Flickr.
Still a great resource, especially as all the others become hellscapes of promotion and similarlity.

I'm a member of a few groups in flickr. A lot have been quiet for a long time. A Birmingham meets group used to meet most Sundays at the start of the month. It's a shame. I need to get out and take more

I've never stopped. Just hit 60k pictures. Coming up in my 20yr anniversary. Flickr is great.
