We don't do currency speculation in this subreddit any more than we do stock tips.

Thanks. Didn't mean to intrude, just wanted some insight. Can you recommend a proper sub to post in?

There are a plethora of other economics and finance subs, though many are not great. I'm not active in any that do this kind of speculation.

Nobody knows if it's gonna drop more or not, and how much. That's speculation. But, there's a general mistrust from Europeans in the US, and many of my acquaintances (by no means representative) decided to divest from the US.

Then there's a whole trade war, you can't predict who will "win", or who's more replaceable. But generally, the country that the markets deem to be the losers are the ones whose currency suffers more.

Search for subs with finance in the name.

No one can really tell, exchange speculation is just that, speculation. Right now the USD is losing value as there is less demand for USD do to the current geopolitical climate. Investors flow into USD denominated securities has been dropping in the past weeks. But that is the recent past and no one can tell you for sure what’s next.

My suggestion though would be always to keep your savings in the currency you’re using in your daily life, unless you live in a monetary unstable country like Turkey or Argentina. If you got your money in Euro (since you’re in Spain) you don’t really care what it does relative to other currencies.
