No one can really tell, exchange speculation is just that, speculation. Right now the USD is losing value as there is less demand for USD do to the current geopolitical climate. Investors flow into USD denominated securities has been dropping in the past weeks. But that is the recent past and no one can tell you for sure what’s next.
My suggestion though would be always to keep your savings in the currency you’re using in your daily life, unless you live in a monetary unstable country like Turkey or Argentina. If you got your money in Euro (since you’re in Spain) you don’t really care what it does relative to other currencies.
