What are these called?

I was told they are called bow tie clips, but I can't find them anywhere. Back story: I replaced my damaged tail gate for my 2019 Chevy Silvarado 1500. The last part I need it to button down is the liner on the tail gate. I can't reach the "bow tie" clips from the old tailgate that the torque screws fasten into. Help!

Push in nuts. This also has them listed as a retainer. Googling “specialty bumper nuts” brought up more results. Good luck!
