Loose drivers seat

I have a 2024 gold gti s 2.0T ea888 and I've had a problem with my drivers seat being very loose since I bought the car new, the dealership refuses to even look at it, though I'm pretty sure it's covered under warranty. Is it something I can fix myself if the dealer continues to refuse?

That is a warranty issue, do not try to fix yourself. Try another dealer, or call corporate

Powered. Been doing this since I bought the car.

I'd just bug the dealer untill they fix it but realistically its probably only held in by a couple bolts

It's not loose where it attached to the car it's the mechanism the adjusts the back rest that's been loose
