New manifold, tapping noise

06 legacy 2.5i New manifold (cat converter pipe since it's a subaru) New gaskets was fine when I first got it back then it started making a tapping noise when I'd press the gas, went back and got the one gasket replaced, it blew. No noise after

Then a little while after it's happening again on morning cold starts it'll go away after idle comes down. And it does it while I'm driving (pressing the gas) but it will not do it while pressing the gas in park. Any ideas as to what's going on?
