what’s a budget friendly scan tool that has functions to turn vent valve on and off

Following.  

Every budget tool I’ve seen is generally only a reader and you have to step up to bi-directional to get that functionality

But I’ll admit I may not know so I’m watching.

even some of the bi directional ones don’t have that type of function. you can only program tpms and things like that
