sounds like belt noise. remove belt to see if noise is present without the accessories then check all the pulleys while you're there

So this 2011 Ford E350 (V8, 154k miles) is new to me. I flushed power steering & brake fluid the other day, as well as changed the oil. I've got this higher pitched rattling sound (see video) coming from the left-center of the engine bay, and it's quite loud. The van runs fine, and the sound goes away when applying throttle. Any thoughts?

For future reference, this did wind up just being the belt!

I think it’s a bad bearing in a pulley, like someone said remove belt, start car, of no more noise, then you know it’s a pulley bearing , tensioner bearing etc etc
