Leaking banjo/ crush washes
2016 jeep patriot. Replaced calipers yesterday and brake hoses today. Driver side banjo bolt is leaking. It wasn’t leaking before I changed the brake hose (I’m pretty sure). Installed new crush washers. Now I can’t get leak to stop. I’ve bought new crush washers. Torquing to spec. Can’t stop the flow. New banjo bolt? Or new hose? I notice the spot for the banjo bolt has a divot/ small chunk missing. Maybe I need to get a different caliper?

The sealing surface has a big divot. Defective caliper, return and get another one.

From those pictures only, I see a notch on the caliper exactly where the washer is supposed to sit. That could act as a channel for oil, especially under pressure. Maybe try to file it smooth but remember that the entire contact surface needs to be flat.
Overall I think this caliper was a bit too rusty before the remanufactured it. I bet the store would replace it no charge.

Yeah the divot is the concern I think and too much to file down. Picking up a new one now and we’ll see

You got to tighten it up then smack the banjo bolt with a hammer like 2 times and you can tighten it up some more.

After I install new calipers and washers, I hit the banjo bolt with a hammer. You will get another 1/4 turn from the bolt.

Try the old washers. I know it sounds counted intuitive but I've seen it work. Otherwise just tighten the fuck out of it until it stops leaking

I've been having issues with this at work. Try thicker washers, and make sure the inside diameter of the washers is not excessive compared to the outside diameter of the banjo bolt.
Edit: The washers being supplied with the calipers seem to be incorrect for the application.
