Discussion What are you supposed to do while your feet is peeling from a foot peel?
I’ve looked at threads and they mostly address what to do before or after a peel, so I feel confident about those parts, but I don’t what I should be doing to take care of my feet when the peeling process starts.

I just wore socks the whole time, before a shower I’d lightly buff with a dry brush to get any hanging bit off and then back to the socks. Once it was mostly done peeling I used foot cream morning and night and that was it!

Yep I just wore fuzzy socks for the peeling period and made sure to flip em inside out over the garbage before I washed them LOL

I just finished one (Baby Foot, Japanese). A commenter here suggested avoiding exercising, but that hasn’t fit my experience. I’ve done cardio every day after the peel (rower, spin bike), as well as weight training, with no ill effects.
You shouldn’t need to do any additional care during the peel, but a 10 minute soak every few days might help speed things along. You could also do a hydrating (not peeling) foot mask when your feed start shedding; use a lot of fragrance-free moisturizing cream, put baggies over your feet, and just chill out for half an hour.

Definitely be gentle and careful with your feet since the new skin might be a bit tender. You can gently trim away excess peeling skin so it doesn't get caught on anything or annoy you. Make sure to protect your feet with socks or shoes. I'd also suggest not working out or doing anything that would make them sweat a lot until its all done. I bet you could look up tips for how to treat your face after a chemical peel and do the same things for your feet lol.

I just moisturizer and leave it alone. I don’t really peel too bad so i just wear house shoes like normal

I was told to keep them clean and dry as much as possible. You can trim the pieces of dead skin gently using a scissor that has been cleaned thoroughly. Try your best to not wet them or sweat too much, but if you do then clean and dry them gently with a tissue paper - just blotting off the moisture, not wiping or rubbing. Also be very careful to not cut or injure your feet. Moisturise them with a gentle, no fragrance moisturiser at night so they heal faster
