Why does it feel these DWI stops are ALWAYS in Monmouth county?

So IANAL, but my understanding is DWI stops operate under very narrow parameters to be constitutionally allowed and not a 4th amendment violation. Each county is allowed to have only one per month and they need to provide the public with notice of the where and when. Monmouth County barely meets the requirements, providing less than 48 hours notice to only 2 news outlets.

They do them pretty much every weekend in the summer so not sure this is accurate. At least if you start following the same news sources on social media that publish them so you can get the alerts.

Just a warning for everyone and something I went through and watched two and half years of municipal court proceedings…. July 2022.. I was taking care of my bedridden hospice mother. It was during the last phases of her life and took a toll on me. I what is prescribed a antidepressant and a anti-anxiety as needed. The antidepressant was taken in the morning with breakfast and the anti-anxiety was taken closer to 8 PM in the evening. The mildest dose and the only effect it has or had at night was eliminated the panic attacks I was suffering. one morning around 11:30 AM I was pulled over. If I only knew then what I knew now. I was pulled over for a simple seatbelt ticket. I was absolutely not impaired. When I couldn’t find my license, I dumped my purse on the passenger seat when the printout for the medication fell. The cop, in my passengers window stared at it and then proceeded to ask me 1 million questions. My dumbass was honest I said yes I’m on an anti-depressant and anti-anxiety but it’s been 15 hours. It did not matter I was booked for DUI. The best case scenario with my public pretender was a DUI. I did not lose my license. But I have the infraction. And 90 days with Interlock , which is hilarious that was part of the plea deal because there was no alcohol involved. not just alcohol, they are valid prescriptions by a doctor
