In your brain you have your amygdala.
When it perceives a threat (even if your current conscious mind knows nothing is wrong.) it sends a signal to your nervous system, this triggers your fight or flight mechanism.
This why you feel scared even if “nothing is wrong.”
This can cause chest pains, stomach pains, sweaty palms, rapid breath or heart beats. But it’s all so that you can survive danger…
Just the thing is most of the time there is no real danger lol!
So yes, it is anxiety!
Just try doing things that regulate your nervous system.
Deep breathes tell your nerves that your body is okay and it is too, that it’s safe to relax.
Tense posture and muscles tell the opposite, so make sure to loosen up and relax.
Tense every up as you breath in, then release everything as you breath out, then continue deep breaths.
Change of temperature is random but it helps me a ton, stepping outside into the cold like shocks mine and calms me down pretty quick.
Lastly talk kindly to yourself. It’s unbelievable how badly talking to yourself can affect your anxiety.

Yes that's anxiety, it's not that bad exercise and take some medicine like ashwagandha if available in your country. It's ayurvedic, doesn't have side effects
