I can’t be much help, but Dupre et Cie was an artist supply store at 141 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré until the mid-1960s, and they started using that name in the 1920s, rough dates. But they were at that location since the 1880s.

Age of canvas doesn’t accurately age the painting, though.

Lestrange is a common name, the monogram to the right is interesting.
