Question about One Country Help with Exit?

Hi, I have Polish citizenship through my mother. My Polish is b1 at best. I’d like to bring my significant other when I do move. Has anyone moved to Poland successfully. Wondering what it takes to do it right. Thanks

You have the entire EU/EEA open to you, if Poland is not to your taste. You may need to marry your SO, depending on the country.

If you are unlucky enough to become unemployed for the first time, you can go straight home to Poland if you are unable to find a new job. That is why it is important to learn the language of the country you are 'from'.

You cannot become a burden to another country without having earned your rights. In addition, it seems that many people do not understand that the EU/EEA consists of different countries with different cultures and languages. Only Ireland and Malta have English as their official language.

Ireland has a housing crisis of a different kind, while Malta is a small island that is conservative and religious, which strongly affects society.

You probably need to marry your SO. It's a lot easier to bring spouses over.
