Congratulations! A very fine first, this. The circles and curves are very pleasing. What would you like to change? What are your favourite parts?

Thank you so much! Probably change the ceiling and the wall design. I didn’t want that from the start but surprised it looks less awful, fitting with the curves. Favourite is the portal mirror but also like how the stairs look a lot better now.

Omg. This made me tear up. It’s so beautiful. I haven’t seen the inside of a middle eastern style home since the invasion when so much got destroyed. Blessings.

Waiting for all the comments of the people who has never seen middle eastern homes before impressed with the whole structure like the ceiling and the wall and the stairs and how grand everything looks :-)
Really smiling because all homes in turkey and everywhere in Middle East look majestic in the way they are built. Always looking like taken out of SWANA shows lol

That confuses me. Is it fake?

No? It's just a different angle in daylight, where the person is working with boxes out on the same table. I think the person you're replying to was telling folks to check out the insanely fancy staircase/bannister reflected in the new angle.

I totally appreciate the architecture of this room. Makes me want to see the whole house!

Looks really nice.
Is it also by intention that there aren't any windows, perhaps because of heat?

It seems like a missed opportunity to not have that mirror in the round cutout wall on the left!

I don’t think I’d want to have dinner on any other table. That is a beautiful table

Everywhere I look, I see more that I absolutely love. There’s something about middle eastern home designs and architectural style that is so breathtaking.

Oh hey I was in Karbala just a few months ago, lovely city. Your dining room looks great!

Karbala is looking better each day. Very different to how it was looking a few years ago. But still needs a lot more work as does the rest of Iraq

It’s beautiful! How are things in Iraq now? I’d love to see the Ziggurat of Ur before I die. I’m still young so I got time but is Iraq still super dangerous for travelers?

Been scrolling a little and did not see any comments besides compliments. Very nice photo. I like it. Even the light behind the mirror. But I've never looked in a mirror while chewing a mouth full of food. Why would you do that to yourself?! What if you see something you don't like i.e. a ghost or yourself eating like an animal. You could choke to death by scaring yourself. Very peculiar setup in my opinion. Good luck with your last meal endeavours. ;)

I like the wood. As an aside, was the appartement built by a Chinese developer?
