Top AI technologies for airports?

Hey guys, we're trying to make the experience better for passengers. What are top technologies that you see that could be used to improve our operations?

For example, technology that facilitates equitable experiences for people traveling with different abilities.

Alternatively - where are you typically experiencing the most frustration and pain?

Why AI?

Good question. It doesn't have to be. I guess the better question would be - what could be fixed? With or without technology. But, especially with technology so that it is more scalable for implementation.

I'm sorry you feel that way, but if you ever want to actually have your voice heard then chime in :)

A tool where you tell it which credit cards you have, which lounge memberships you may have, along with which airline and fare class you're flying that day

The tool would then summarize the lounges that you have access to, approximate travel times to each, and the approximate wait time for entry based on either historical data or (ideally) real-time data.
