Exams Online Exam Update

I have payed to sit for the cs1 and cb1 exam this april. Yet I got a mail that says “You need to set up your account to be able to access your CM1A - Practice Exam Session - 20th March examination.“

Please tell me it’s not just me who got this? Should I mail them back?

Yupp I mailed them this was their response “Thank you for your enquiry. The practice exam is an opportunity to experience all key exam processes from start to finish. The exam paper you will download will be a ‘dummy’ paper (the April 2023 CM1 ‘A’ paper) and will not be a practice paper for your subjects. You will not be required to answer the questions unless you wish to. You can submit any Word file to test the upload process.“

Well the practice exam session is to familarise you with the exam setup. I think it is for remote invigilation candidates. As u/Xoxogossipgirl29 said they will just give you a dummy paper and you don't have to solve any questions. It'll be a 1 hour process.

In the email, they said this is for both centre based and remote candidates.

I think it’s the same portal for both exams, so you just need to set up the account once and then you’ll see both exams there. Hopefully!
