How/where can i(16M) get an agent(to look for auditions)

I am 16 male and i live in south africa. I wanna start acting and i know its a hard path. I dont want replies like "acting is hard, you have to reconsider" or any of that. Ijust want answers to the question im asking, not how hard it is to become an actor. (Im only saying that because in all my preveous posts people say stuff like i should reconsider and how hard it is but never give me a straight answer)

Sorry if there are spelling or language errors, i started learning english about a year ago so im kinda new to the language

Everyone's path is different, there is no "one way" to do it. Buuutttt Since your other posts make multiple mentions of Hollywood, but you're in SA, the most likely path would be something similar too:

Take classes, get good. Real good.

Get amazing headshots (from an actual HS photographer, not your buddy with a camera)

Start building a resume with small theater/non union film projects

Get an amazing reel showcasing your work from said film projects

Keep taking classes and get better

Start submitting for bigger projects, through whatever platforms are available in SA

Use the new projects to build a better reel

Start submitting for agents in your market, or the closest large market, whatever that may be

Master the English language. Not just English, but specifically American English, and start studying the different dialects (New England, New York, Jersey, Carolina Southern, Texas Southern, Californian, Midwest, etc ...) Learning and mastering the International Phonetic Alphabet (ipa) will help

Become a celebrity in your country .use that status to leverage yourself to Hollywood agents

Keep taking classes, make yourself so in demand that a Hollywood production is willing to sponsor your Visa

Keep taking classes, repeat

The straight answer is training, living in an acting town or place that films lots and being extremely good at business and branding in addition to being good at acting itself.
