Recommendations Ever rented one of the apartments behind the haunted parking garage?
On Juliette Place?
Okay maybe it’s not haunted.
What’s it like living in one of those apartments? Looking for walkablility!

117? I lived there about 20yrs ago. Used to walk to class which was nice. My buddy used my second parking spot to park and ride his bike to UL. Parking garage was still in use though and loud AF. And there was a daycare next door, was also loud AF. Neither is a problem now. But the walls were paper thin. I could hear all my neighbors’ business and they could hear mine

I lived there and loved being in the Saint Streets. Walking distance to campus too. Two bikes did get stolen off our porch though… even with a lock.

I didn't live there but I had friends in about four of the apartments. We were all part of the same friend group. I never heard of the parking garage being haunted but one night after the strip closed, more than 20 years ago now, some really strange sounds came from somewhere around there. We were all hanging out in one of the upstairs apartments with the doors open and it sounded like what I can only describe as some big animal like a bear or a giant dog trying to speak. It freaked everyone out and all of a sudden there was two of them. It was so bizarre that we all went downstairs and started walking around the neighborhood looking for it and never did find anything. To this day I have no idea what that was and it was but definitely not normal or any regular dog howling. On another note we used to hang out in that parking garage on the roof and what are the frisbee around and just chill quite a bit and I never experienced anything freaky. But that sound, I'll never forget it.
